Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-8 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We work with multiple suppliers to give you the best selection of items and deliver high-quality products directly to your doorstep. Below is an outline of our shipping policy

Order Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1-5business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the supplier. 

Shipping Times and Methods:
Shipping times depend on the supplier, product availability, and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows: 

Shipping to Canada and United States:
Standard shipping: 7-15 business days. 
Expedited shipping: 5-10 business days (if offered by the supplier)

Shipping to New Zealand:
Standard shipping: 10-30 business days. 

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is for purchases of $50 and over. 

Purchases for under $50, shipping will be calculated on

Product dimensions and weight. 
Shipping destination. 
Shipping method selected (if applicable). 

Multiple Shipments:
Your order may arrive in separate shipments because we work with multiple suppliers. Your confirmation email will include the shipping timeline for each product. 

Customs and Duties:
Customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply for international orders based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment. If you don't get tracking details, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. 

Shipping Restrictions:
Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries due to supplier or customs restrictions. If this affects your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives. 

Lost or Delayed Packages:
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier issues). If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery and let us know if you need help. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us from the wrong address. 

Returns and Refunds:
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. If you need help with a return, please contact us within the eligible return window.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
